At the Medicine River Wildlife Centre (MRWC), we are dedicated to the compassionate care of injured, orphaned, and compromised wild animals, with the heartfelt mission of returning them to their appropriate habitats.
Each year, we welcome a diverse array of wildlife—over 230 species, from orphaned hares and robins to injured eagles and foxes—caring for more than 2,000 patients annually. Our skilled team meticulously examines each animal, tailoring treatment and rehabilitation to meet their unique, species-specific needs, ensuring they are prepared for a successful return to the wild. This personalized approach not only aids in the recovery of individual animals but also fosters healthier ecosystems, reinforcing the vital role every species plays in our environment.
