When one tugs at a single thing in nature, you find it attached to the rest of the world.

- John Muir, Conservationist

With much of our focus being on the rebuild of the wildlife hospital, this the raptor flight enclosure project has fallen by the wayside. We are now resurrecting it as our current cages are close to being unusable. Without proper flight pens we will not be able to take raptors in for rehabilitation.

This structure is integral to the rehabilitation process by providing a safe space for the recovering raptors to learn to fly again after their injury, preparing them for release back into the wild. This new enclosure will house raptors from the tiny Pygmy and Saw-whet Owls, to the majestic Bald and Golden Eagles.

We encourage each of our members (you!) to make a donation of their choice and recruit two friends to do the same. Every donor's name will be displayed on the new enclosure in thanks and appreciation.
